All high-level Dubai software solutions, Istanbul software/hardware architectures, and digital agency services provided by Aether Tech may only be used within legal boundaries. Reverse engineering activities directed at our systems are strictly prohibited.
All code structures, brand designs, and UI/UX concepts on this site are the intellectual property of Aether Tech and our founder Murat Mamadaliev. The use of these materials for commercial purposes without written corporate permission is grounds for legal action.
Beyond an ordinary Istanbul agency model, Aether Tech provides global services based in the Dubai software ecosystem and Turkey. Our service agreements are subject to international trade laws and the regulations of the region where servers are located.
Aether Tech cannot be held responsible for data losses arising from interruptions outside of Service Level Agreements (SLA) or force majeure. Maximum system optimization in our Dubai agency and software network depends on operational protocols.
